We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app and the documents you generate with it for your own business or personal purposes, including providing those documents to your counterparties. You may not resell, redistribute or republish the underlying templates, questionnaires, scoring matrices or jurisdiction database as such, or use them to build a competing product.
Documents, packages and reports are sold as one-time in-app purchases processed by Apple. Prices are shown before purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules. A purchase covers generation of the relevant document with your data and its reasonable re-editing within the app.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for reviewing every generated document before use, and for ensuring that a given template is appropriate and lawful for your transaction and jurisdiction. Laws change; verify current requirements before relying on any output, including jurisdiction profiles, due-diligence scorings, health checks and investor-readiness reports — these are indicative assessments, not audits or opinions.
Counterparty screening relies on third-party public registries and sanctions databases. We do not guarantee their completeness, accuracy or availability. A "no findings" result is not a guarantee that a counterparty is risk-free.
The app, its templates, methodology, scoring matrices and content are protected by copyright and remain our property. Documents you generate from templates with your own data are yours to use under Section 1.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or the legal sufficiency of any generated document. Our aggregate liability in connection with the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the purchase giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
We may update the app and these terms; the current version is always available on this page. Changes apply prospectively from their effective date.
